These terms govern your receipt of SMS messages from a small service business that uses messaging services provided by Kenny & Murphy Technologies LLC (“Kenny & Murphy Technologies,” “we,” “our”).
Program Name
Kenny & Murphy Technologies LLC — Missed-Call Reply Service.
Program Description
When you call a small service business (such as a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades company) that uses our service and the call is unanswered, you will receive one transactional SMS reply to the same phone number from which you called, sent within approximately 60 seconds of the missed call.
Message Frequency
You will receive at most one (1) SMS reply per missed call. There are no recurring messages, no promotional broadcasts, and no marketing content.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates and policies vary; check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS replies from a Kenny & Murphy Technologies-managed business at any time, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-out is processed automatically and is immediate. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers
Service is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as smaller regional carriers. Kenny & Murphy Technologies is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
